These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tradenutrition.co.uk and any purchases made through the website.
1. Use of the Website
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.
2. Products & Information
All product descriptions, images, ingredients and nutritional information are provided for general information purposes only.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy, product specifications, ingredients and packaging may change without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for your individual needs, dietary requirements or sporting regulations before use.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
A contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email has been sent. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order and do not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorisation issues or any other legitimate commercial reason.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include UK VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be amended at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay and any other payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and other authorised payment providers where applicable. We do not store your full payment card details.
Buy Now, Pay Later services are provided by independent third-party finance providers and are subject to eligibility, status and their own terms and conditions. Trade Nutrition does not provide credit or make lending decisions.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders placed before the advertised cut-off time on a working day are normally dispatched for next working day delivery, subject to stock availability, courier schedules and circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by adverse weather, transport disruption, industrial action, customs delays, system outages or courier-related issues.

6. International & Export Orders
International orders are supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and cannot be estimated in advance. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Rights
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Products must be unused, unopened and in resaleable condition unless faulty.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to the applicable legal exemptions, including products that have been unsealed after delivery where they are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence before arranging a replacement, refund or investigation.
Lost parcel claims may only be submitted once courier tracking confirms non-delivery or the courier's investigation process has concluded.
9. Health & Supplement Disclaimer
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Trade Nutrition does not provide medical advice.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any food supplement.
Athletes are responsible for ensuring that products comply with the rules and anti-doping requirements of their governing body.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMFRABSPI SOLUTIONS LTD shall not be liable for:

Losses arising from the misuse or improper storage of products;

Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, product information and website design, is the property of KMFRABSPI SOLUTIONS LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Where necessary, we may use trusted third-party service providers to process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud and fulfil orders.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website or any purchase made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemics, industrial disputes, transport disruption, supplier failure, shortages of materials, cyber-attacks, power outages, government action, changes in law or failures of telecommunications or internet services.
Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably practicable.
