Ordering

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and speeds up future checkouts.

Q: Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be amended or cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Delivery

Q: Do you offer next working day delivery?
A: Yes. We offer next working day delivery on UK mainland orders placed and paid for by 4pm (Monday–Friday), subject to courier availability.

Q: Is next day delivery guaranteed?
A: No. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, promotional events, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Q: Which courier do you use?
A: We use DPD Predict for the majority of UK deliveries.

Q: Can I choose a delivery time or location?
A: DPD Predict allows you to manage your delivery, including selecting a safe place, a neighbour, a Pickup Shop, or an alternative delivery date.

Q: Do you deliver on Saturdays?
A: Saturday delivery for non-palletised orders is available on orders over £250 (excluding VAT) or for an additional charge, subject to availability. Please contact us before ordering.

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: Yes. We deliver to mainland EU destinations and selected international locations. All export orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis and may be subject to customs charges, import VAT, and fees payable by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Q: Can I return opened supplements?
A: No. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Products & Safety

Q: Are your supplements genuine?
A: Yes. All products are sourced from approved UK suppliers and wholesalers.

Q: Are supplements suitable for everyone?
A: Supplements are intended for healthy adults. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a medical condition, you should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Q: Do supplements replace a balanced diet?
A: No. Supplements are intended to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, not replace them.

Payments

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.
