6. International & Export Orders
International orders are supplied on a DAP / DDU basis. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT charges.
These charges cannot be estimated in advance, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition unless faulty. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
We may request photographic evidence before arranging a replacement or refund. Lost parcel claims may only be submitted once courier tracking confirms non-delivery.
