Order by 4pm (Monday–Friday) for next working day delivery on all UK mainland orders, subject to courier availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All export orders are shipped as DAP / DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means customs charges, import duties, and local VAT must be paid by the recipient.
Charges vary by country and cannot be estimated in advance. We do not deliver to overseas British Territories, and some destinations may require additional customs documentation.
At TradeNutrition, we supply 100% authentic, brand new products sourced exclusively from authorised UK suppliers. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you experience an issue, our returns process is clear, fair, and straightforward.
Returns for Unwanted Items
If you no longer require an item, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Products must be returned in resaleable condition
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error
- A copy of the invoice or delivery note must be included in the return parcel
Once returned items are received and inspected, a refund or credit note will be issued within 5 working days. Confirmation will be sent by email.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
In some cases, we may ask you to retain the item while an investigation with the courier or supplier is completed. Please do not dispose of the item unless advised by our Customer Service Team.
Where appropriate, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including applicable delivery costs.
Pallet Deliveries
If a pallet delivery arrives in less than perfect condition:
- Sign for the goods as “unchecked” or “damaged”
- Take photographs at the point of delivery
- Contact Customer Services as soon as possible
We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify Customer Services within 48 hours.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The full description and barcode of the item received
- Details of the item you were expecting
Missing or Short Deliveries
If an item appears to be missing:
- Check your order confirmation to confirm the item was dispatched
- Check all packaging carefully
If the item shows as dispatched but not received, please contact us within 48 hours. We may request images of the packaging or packing list to assist with our investigation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used consumable products (e.g. supplements, protein powders, nutrition bars)
- Items with broken or tampered seals
- Products returned outside the 14-day return window
- Items damaged due to improper packaging during return transit
